after clearance from your doc–usually at 6 weeks if no complications–don’t know if it’s different for c-sections.

but— you can get pregnant (though less likely at this point), so wait until you can see your doc so you can make your birth control decisions.

since you didn’t have a vaginal birth, you don’t have to heal there as much as most women, but you will need to watch pressure on your incision. just because you feel good walking around does not mean it’s healed.

deep incisions heal from the outside in–don’t ruin your progress.

I had c-section and two weeks later we had sex, I was fine. Just take it easy

It is usually 6 weeks. If you had any problems it could be longer. You will have a 6 week check up with your doctor and he or she will tell you then.

  4. I’m not sure with a C-Section, but I had a vaginal with no tearing or stitches and had *** fine after 3 weeks.

  5. I would recommend waiting until your six week check up, and making sure you are given the green light by your doctor, JUST to be on the safe side.

However that doesn’t mean that you can’t “have fun” until the time that you are given the go ahead on full blown ***********.
