this is the only thing that I have found to relieve my knee problem caused by a tight IT band. Its been a life saver. It was somewhat uncomfortable to use at first but has greatly relieved my knee problem.
I used this and watched some videos on Utube for “pilates foam roller”. It also helps your back especially if you can’t find someone to give you a massage. I try to use it a few minutes every day or so….

I ordered this product yesterday morning and it arrived at my door today. I was shocked, especially because the (free) shipping I used said 7 days. I used the roller right away and was quite pleased. I obviously haven’t had it long, so I can’t attest to the long term quality of the product, but it seems solid and like it will withstand consistent use. I bought the product upon recommendation of a physical therapist for back pain and couldn’t be more pleased after using it just once. Fantastic product, wonderful company.

This is a sturdy, inexpensive foam roller. It comes with a great DVD illustrating many uses. Works great too!
